1. Terms and Conditions

Term and conditions describe obligations, rights and limitations for users and web shop owners. They also describe rules of ordering and comunications between users and employees of canin shop.

2. Working hours

Web shop is not limited on working hours, so orders can be made at any time every day in year. Our service and support ussualy works from monday - thursday from 15:00 to 19:00. We can be reached also outside this hours on email or GSM.

3. Napake v delovanju

During all time errors can apear because of technical or administrative probelms. We do not take any responsability of this error and will do our best to reduce these problems. This problems cannot be the cause for any reclamations or compensation demands.

All descriptions and pictures can contain errors and can deviate from original products.

4. Copy right

It is forbidden to copy, distribuate or somehow else use of our e-material and texts for any purpose, that is not related with our web shop. 

5. Responsability

User is responsible for their accaunt. It is recomended to keep you password secret. Username and password are not transmissable to other persond. By and unauthorised use of you accaunt please let us know and change your password imimidiatly. We don not take any responsability for damage done by unauthorised use of your accaunt.

6. Limitations

User is forbidden to try to gain access to administrative and controling part of web ship. By violating this, you will be banned for use of our services and reported to the authorities.

7. Payment options

Cash on delivery (COD), is limited only to Slovenia. When the delivery service delivers the package you pay the bill with cash to delivery company.

Bank wire is payment options, where you transmit your money to our IBAN. The details wou will get when choosing this option.

Paypal is online payment system where you can pay with your credit card or transfet the money from your paypal accaunt. The security and service is guarantied by paypal.

Moneybookers / Skrill with credit card is online system for credit card payments with these cards: Mastercard, Vica, Diners, American Express in Maestro.

8. Cookies

For easyer user your the use of cookies has to be enabled in your browser.

9. Pictures

Pictures can deviate from original in colors, size and form.

10. Prices

All prices are in EURO (€) and contain DDV (VAT). VAT is payed in Slovenia. If you are VAT payer and have correct VAT number in your county, you will get invoice without VAT.
